Sam is the best! She really took her time and walked us through every step of the process. She helped us find a home that had everything we needed and wanted, and then she helped us write a winning offer in a very competitive housing market. She was able to answer all of our (many) questions, and she walked us through every document we before we signed. After working with Sam, I would have thought she had been selling houses for decades. You cant go wrong with having her as your realtor!

Shannon was so eager to help us with touring houses and gave many helpful insights as to what to expect with the whole process from start to finish. She was always kind and supportive.

Shannon was amazing and helped me with everything during the whole process. This is the second time she has helped me buy and first time she helped me sell.

We would highly recommend Shannon to anyone. She is knowledgeable about the area and the market. Shannon was quick to get a sense of what we wanted, and she encouraged us to be patient until we found just what we wanted. She is professional, pleasant, and kind, and we truly enjoyed working with her.

Our home had some unique challenges, and we feared it would be difficult to find the right buyer. Enter Shannon. She arranged for excellent pictures, secured needed certifications, set an appropriate price, and determined the best way to market it, It then sold in just days - at a higher price than we anticipated. Shannon gave us great advice throughout the process, and her speedy response time to any questions we had was phenomenal. We could not be happier with the knowledgeable and diligent service that Shannon provided for us, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.
