Shannon worked very hard to ensure we got the home we wanted at the best price possible. Her skill at negotiating with the builder got us a very good price, but where she really shined was during the settlement phase. The builder, and in particular his on site rep, failed to live up to their side of the agreement to purchase, leaving the home essentially uninhabitable at settlement, although the site rep said otherwise. She did a terrific job of ensuring the builder made good on his promises while holding the parties who failed to do so accountable. I'd recommend her to anyone.

A neighbor introduced herself and explained that she did not know what was going on with the house because there was never a for sale sign on it. That's right. Shannon knew what we were looking for and got us a showing as soon as she could. This home is perfect for us. Shannon was there to guide us and keep things moving. Shannon worked hard for us, staying on top of every new listing that she felt we'd be interested in. I feel it only took about two showings before she knew our must haves and than she was on the ball to fined us what we wanted. She did and we feel very blessed to call 312 Beaver Ave home.
